SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the optional Staffing Advantage text messaging program (the “Program”) operated by STAFFING ADVANTAGE, L.L.C.

1. Program description

After you opt in, Staffing Advantage may send conversational and informational text messages related to your inquiry, staffing opportunities, recruiting, application updates, interviews, scheduling, assignments, onboarding, service requests, and other workforce communications. The Program is not used to send unrelated third-party marketing.

2. How to opt in

You may opt in by entering your mobile number on our website and affirmatively checking the separate, optional SMS consent box before submitting the form. The checkbox is not preselected. You may also opt in through another clear written or electronic consent process that identifies Staffing Advantage and the types of messages you agree to receive.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase, receiving staffing services, applying for work, or employment. You may submit the website form without providing a mobile number or checking the SMS consent box.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and activity. For example, active scheduling or application steps may generate more messages than a general inquiry. Staffing Advantage does not guarantee a fixed number of messages.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Staffing Advantage does not charge a separate fee for the Program. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

5. Opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to a message. After you send STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message and then no further Program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Requests using similar recognized keywords may also be honored where supported.

7. Privacy and sharing

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent are not shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Limited information may be provided to service providers only as needed to deliver messages, support communications, prevent fraud or abuse, or comply with law.

8. Delivery and carrier terms

Message delivery is subject to network availability and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Program may not be available on every device, network, or in every location.

9. Eligibility and your mobile number

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian where permitted. You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided or have permission from the account holder. If your number changes or is reassigned, opt out before discontinuing use of the number.

10. Changes to the Program

We may change or end the Program or these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
